Deep in the heavens, in the space between the clouds, Mr. and Mrs. God are hard at work in their Creation Kitchen. They’ve got frying pans and mixing bowls, beaters and whisks, and an oven big enough to roast a star – which is just what they are doing! After the sun and earth are finished, all kinds of interesting creations come next, with beaks and claws and growls and roars baked right in. When each creature is cooked to perfection, they set it down on Earth. But that’s only the beginning. . . .
Activities: Baking with kids, The Creation, Astronomy for kids.
The illustrations are beautiful, especially the coloured fish. Lovely post-christmas book to share with children.

Isn’t it incredible how there is always room to be unique with pictures.
I was willing to bet this was an author/illustrator book until I re-read the info. Wow! What an exciting MS for an illustrator to tackle. Thanks, Catherine.
Yes, Cathy. Endless possibilities and complete free reign. #wishwecoulddraw :0)

Hmmm. This sounds very interesting, but I’m not sure I can get over the jar of eye balls on the cover.
